Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

Striving to ensure a fairer workplace
Bringing together diverse talent

At Exploristics, we value the wealth of different perspectives, experiences and ideas that come from bringing together a diverse team of talented people with a common goal of driving innovation. To attract and retain such exceptional talent, we strive to offer a diverse and inclusive working environment where all staff have an equal opportunity to learn, grow and achieve their full potential.

Personal learning and development

Exploristics actively supports ongoing personal learning and development by providing regular access to a wide variety of workshops and courses to help individuals extend their skills and fulfil their career goals.

Our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion

To develop as a company, we have implemented a process of continual self-assessment, target-setting and review, guided by Northern Ireland’s Diversity Charter. This allows us to benchmark ourselves both internally and against other best in class organisations year-on-year and to track the progress of our ongoing of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) programme. In recognition of our continued commitment to promoting EDI within the workplace, Exploristics was awarded the Silver Diversity Charter Mark by Diversity Mark. We are also a member of the Belfast Business Promise.

Supporting EDI in STEM

As a provider of analytics and specialised software to the global life sciences sector, Exploristics is a strong advocate of the personal opportunities and wider benefits that can come with a career in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). To support this, we provide STEM ambassadors who work closely with local schools to break down misperceptions and gender stereotypes often associated with these subjects. In this way, we hope that Exploristics can contribute tangible and diverse role models for the next generation of career statisticians, programmers and scientists.
