Exploristics’ functional service provision (FSP) ensures you can add key expertise easily so internal teams can be rapidly scaled to suit development pipeline needs.
We have an extensive track record of long-standing partnerships involving fixed, full-time dedicated FSP support for companies of all sizes. Our staff are available for short- or longer-term placements to support the design, analysis and reporting of clinical trials. They can deliver additional expertise and flexibility to your in-house project teams, filling a range of positions including supporting and lead roles. Our statisticians and data scientists are educated to MSc level or higher, while our programmers are BSc level and above. All staff have access to continuous improvement opportunities, including GCP training, to keep up to date with the latest methods and technologies. Further specialised support for your project is also available from our statistical consulting team.
Specify and select
Work with us to specify the skills and requirements for the role. Then select the right person from our highly trained staff that best fits your team needs. Our people have FSP experience at different role levels and in joining studies at various stages to work on trials across a range of therapeutic areas and phases.
Start and support
Our staff start their role by familiarising themselves with your company culture, systems, processes and project specific details. This allows them to integrate seamlessly into your way of working. We support them with ongoing training and development to ensure high quality deliverables. Throughout their FSP role they can also access expertise from our internal teams.
Survey and shift
While you manage the staff workload and deliverables during their placement, we will regularly work with you to survey your project and company needs. Using your feedback, we can shift the provision we give tailoring it more closely to meet your requirements and expectations.

“We have had the honour of partnering with Exploristics to develop a statistical plan in support of an innovative Phase 2b neonatology trial. With a paucity of drug development in neonatology and even fewer approvals, their ability to develop a plan accounting for the nuances of neonatal drug development yet utilising robust statistical methods has paved the way for the best possible outcome. Their team is capable and committed to following the program through its journey, allowing us to leverage robust learnings across time. Further, their FSP model has served our needs well. It is a cost-effective and scalable model that allows our Exploristics colleagues to function as members of our team. We highly recommend Exploristics for its reliable and high-quality biostatistical support. Partnering with them has been transformative for our program at Oak Hill Bio.”
Gaining the best understanding of data from clinical trials is key to the development of any new drug. We have been impressed with the experience and support that Exploristics provided us on our oncology and COVID-19 studies, with meaningful insights generated to inform decisions along the development path.
