What’s new for Spring 2022

KerusCloud 2022 product enhancements include:

Adaptive Designs

Compare fixed with adaptive study designs including Futility, Group Sequential and Sample Size Re-estimation
to identify the design type that best suits project needs.

More Analysis

Assess the performance of more statistical analysis strategies, including the Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel test (CMH), Poisson Regression Analysis with Dispersion, and ANOVA tests with optional adjustment methods, to control for sources of bias and pinpoint the best analysis approach.

Decision Criteria

Improve decision-making by exploring more decision criteria to quantify and define study success, such as multiplicity adjustments to p-values and odds ratio for Logistic regression, controlling false positive rates in both exploratory and regulatory studies

Imputation

Evaluate estimands and imputation strategies for more realistic simulated study scenarios that closely mimic data quirks such as missingness and the intercurrent events found in real clinical studies.

Enhanced Heatmapping

Visualise results with a new heatmap that delivers a more detailed breakdown of analysis and adaptive design data to provide in-depth information on simulated scenario performance and facilitate study design decision-making.

Output Reporting
